Linda Kowalski Lobbyist has wide expertise and experience as a top lobbyist in the state of Connecticut. She possesses a solid, 27-year background of work in public affairs and government relations consulting. She is widely regarded as one of the top lobbyists in the state.
Over the years, Linda built relationships with the O’Neill Administration and continued to do so in the administrations of Govs. Weicker, Rowland, Rell, Rowland, and Malloy.

Linda is a 1983 cum laude graduate of Wheaton College. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics. During college, she interned with Connecticut Attorney General Joseph Lieberman and State Sen. Michael L. Morano, and spent a semester at Wesleyan University as part of a college exchange program which involved 12 institutions of higher learning.
She is a member of the legislative committee for the Chamber of Commerce in Middlesex County, Connecticut, and is an active participant in the Environmental Policies Council of the Connecticut Business and Industry Association.
Linda Kowalski is an avid runner and has participated in and completed 7 marathons,including the New York City Marathon, the Marine Corps Marathon, the Hartford Marathon, the Philadelphia Marathon and the Boston Marathon. In 2011 Linda placed third in her age group in the Vermont City Marathon.
